　　The Social Anxiety Scale for Children (SASC) is a tool specifically designed to assess the level of social anxiety in children and adolescents. It was developed by La Greca and colleagues in 1988 to help identify children who feel extremely uncomfortable or afraid of being judged by others in social situations. SASC helps to better understand children's social anxiety symptoms and provides a basis for intervention measures.

　　量表結構

　　原始版本的SASC包含三個主要維度，這些維度反映了社交焦慮的不同方面：

　　害怕負面評價(Fear of Negative Evaluation, FNE)：測量孩子對他人的批評、拒絕或負面評價的恐懼感。

　　社交回避與痛苦(Social Avoidance and Distress, SAD)：評估孩子在社交情境中的迴避行爲以及由此產生的心理壓力。

　　一般性社交退縮(Generalized Social Withdrawal)：這個維度在某些修訂版中有所體現，側重於孩子是否傾向於避免廣泛的社交互動，而不僅僅是特定類型的社交情境。
