家庭功能評定(FAD)

　　家庭功能評定(Family Assessment Device, FAD)是基於 McMaster模型開發的一種評估工具，旨在全面評價家庭的功能狀態。McMaster模型由Epstein、Baldwin和Bishop等人在20世紀80年代提出，強調家庭作爲一個系統運作的方式，並關注家庭成員如何共同解決問題、溝通、分配角色及應對壓力等。

　　Family Assessment Device (FAD) is an assessment tool developed based on the McMaster model, aimed at comprehensively evaluating the functional status of a family. The McMaster model was proposed by Epstein, Baldwin and Bishop in the 1980s. It emphasizes the family as a way of operating a system, and focuses on how family members work together to solve problems, communicate, assign roles and cope with pressure.

　　FAD的主要目的是提供一個結構化的方法來評估家庭的功能性和適應性，幫助識別家庭內部存在的問題領域，併爲幹預措施提供依據。它不僅適用於臨牀實踐中的家庭治療，也被廣泛應用於研究中以探討家庭動態及其對個體心理健康的影響。

　　FAD包含多個維度，每個維度都反映了家庭功能的一個關鍵方面：

　　問題解決(Problem Solving)：評估家庭有效解決問題的能力。

　　溝通(Communication)：關注家庭成員之間信息交流的質量和有效性。

　　角色分工(Roles)：考察家庭內部分配責任和期望是否明確合理。

　　情感反應(Affective Responsiveness)：測量家庭成員表達和迴應情感的能力。

　　情感介入(Affective Involvement)：評估家庭成員之間的情感聯結程度以及他們對彼此興趣的關注度。

　　行爲控制(Behavior Control)：考慮家庭對於成員行爲設定界限和規則的情況。

　　總功能(General Functioning)：綜合反映家庭整體運行狀況的滿意度。
